TRADITIONAL: Turkey with Stuffing

You can have a traditional Thanksgiving dinner with all of the trimmings -- including bread and butter, mashed potatoes, pumpkin and apple pie (baked with honey), squash, and salad -- produced locally. Tres Ríos' White Mountain Farm in Mosca has 35 varieties of potatoes! Horizon offers milk and butter. Turkeys can be ordered from Tres Rios Co-op, Neighborhood Foods, or Scanga Meats. ECO's geo-thermal greenhouse produces spinach.
