Get in a hurry, forget to check things that should be checked, and errors can result. That's what happened to us in the final stages of the November edition.
One result was that two ads were run twice (Shavano Glass and Suzanne MacDonald, attorney at law), and two ads didn't run that should have run: Salida Dental Hygiene and Ernest Màrquez, attorney at law.
Our apologies are tendered, and we feel contrite. The best we can do for atonement is to publish what's known as a "make-good" in the trade; that's on page 20 of this edition.
Another result of haste was the misspelling of the name of the local artist featured last month. Her name is Peg Corthouts, not Corthoust, and again, we apologize.
Maybe it was something in the air or water. The November edition had to be printed twice; the first time around, page 42 appeared twice and page 41 not at all. We're hoping that this fills the error quota for a while.
