A bear in Vail is being accused of being a purse-snatcher. The Vail Daily reports that a house was being remodeled, and the bear broke through the plastic and snatched the purse, which had a breakfast cereal box inside. Also taken by the bear was a takeout box from a restaurant. The purse's owner didn't realize this at the time, and called a theater and restaurant where she had been the previous evening before a search near her home turned up the purse.
