CREATOR hereby warrants that WORK is original and created in good faith, without malicious intent toward any party who might file a libel suit. CREATOR also warrants that CREATOR owns the rights which PUBLISHER seeks for works.

In exchange for FEE, CREATOR hereby grants the following literary rights to PUBLISHER:

1) First regional serial rights in a region comprising Chaffee, Custer, Frémont, Gunnison, Lake, Park, and Saguache counties of Colorado.

2) A non-exclusive right to continue to publish WORK in a computer format for research purposes.

3) A non-exclusive right to include WORK in a published anthology, upon payment of additional standard proportionate royalties to CREATOR.

4) The right to use selections from WORK in the advertising and promotion of Colorado Central Magazine.

PUBLISHER hereby agrees to pay FEE to CREATOR on June 31, 1999.
