He was preceded in death by parents, Andres and Sophia Garcia; and sister, Helen Garcia. Survivors include brothers, Jessie and Joe (Melinda) Garcia; sisters, Francis Myers, Mary Jaramillo, Pauline (Joe) Herrada, Rosa (Marlon) Smith, Dora (David) Gonzalez and Yolanda (Joe) Rios; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
