Arla F. Latta, 87, Homemaker, avid Wichita State Shocker fan, and gardener, passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2016. Arla was preceded in death by her husband, Garvin Latta; parents, Daniel and Bonnie Wilson; and sister, Louise Chapman. Survivors include her sons, Terry (Wendy) and Sam (Ann) Latta; grandchildren, Teresa Walker (Damion), Brian Latta (Amber), Krista Latta (Ben Rudman), and Grant Latta (Michele); 12 great-grandchildren.
