Kelly, Betty Lee, 91, passed away April 21, 2017. Open viewing will be 1-8 p.m., Tuesday with Funeral Service 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, both at Broadway Mortuary. She was preceded in death by parents, Henry and Bessie Fortney; first husband, John Werst; 3 brothers; 4 sisters; and grandson, David Kelly. Survivors include loving husband, Harold L. Kelly; son, Larry (Monica) Kelly; grandchildren, Diane Kelly, John (Donna) Kelly, Christine (Robert) Hastings, Brian (Dezarae) Kelly, Kevin (Joanna) Kelly, Steven (Kelly) Kelly, and Mary (Eric) Harrison; and 20 great-grandchildren.
