Billy Joe Satterfield, 90, passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00pm, Friday, February 11, at Broadway Mortuary. Funeral service at 10:30am, Saturday, February 12, at Calvary’s Rock Church. Interment will follow service at Resurrection Cemetery. Bill is preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen Satterfield; parents, George Henry and Ponola Satterfield; daughter, Linda Newman; and siblings, Opal Pool, Buck Satterfield, CB Satterfield, Auda Lee Satterfield, Janice Hedrick, Wayland Satterfield, and Kenneth Satterfield. He is survived by his sons, Larry (Sue) Satterfield, Lonny (Chris) Satterfield, and Danny (Connie) Satterfield; grandchildren, Tara (Mark) Casanova, Jamey (Heather) Thomas, Jason (Becka) Satterfield, Nathan (Stacy) Satterfield, Joshua (Summer) Satterfield, Tracy (Robbie) Crane, Jordan (Taylor) Satterfield, Jeremy (Chelsey) Satterfield, Timothy Satterfield, and Jendy (Trent) Barney; and 26 great-grandchildren.
