Earleywine, Billy "Bill" Dwayne, 96, WWII Veteran and retired City of Wichita, Chief Building Inspector, passed away Sunday, December 23, 2018. Visitation 2-4:00pm, Sunday, Broadway Mortuary. Gravesice Service 2:00pm, Monday, Greenwood Cemetery. Preceded in death by wives, Joeann, Letha and Ann. Survivors include children, Jerry and wife Florence (Wiggins) Earleywine and Julie Garrelts; stepchildren, Rick Gabbard, Amber Hughes, Stacia Lounsbury and several grandchildren.
