Cecil W. Arthur

Cecil W. Arthur, 71, passed away Tuesday, July 25, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil Arthur, Sr. and Cleola Arthur; sisters, Kathy Whillock and Loree Friend; and nephew, Bobby Whillock. Survivors include his wife, Cynthia Arthur; children, Amy Feather (David) and Brent Wallace (Sara); and grandson, Jacob Antonelli. Cecil was a longtime employee of Coleman Company, had a life long passion of working on cars, and was a lover of animals. He will be greatly missed.
