Charles Blackwell

Charles Blackwell, 96, passed away Thursday, October 28, 2021. Memorial service will be at 2:30, Saturday, November 6, at Broadway Mortuary in Wichita. Charles is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Maude Blackwell; and siblings, Robert Blackwell, Marjorie Hogan, and Mary Rhea. Survivors include wife, Doris Blackwell; children, Linda Collins, Jeff (Wendy) Blackwell, and Penny (Joe) Solomon; step-children, Mark (Julie) Newman, and Laurie (Kevin) Hunt; brother, Lee (Carrie) Blackwell; grandchildren, Lori Miguel, Melissa Rinehardt, Casey Solomon, Kelli Brown, Jessica Blackwell, John Blackwell, Paul Solomon, and Thomas Solomon; step-grandchildren, Ryan Hunt, Andrea Zelfer, Savannah Marler, and Jenny Moore; and 14 great-grandchildren.
