DeGarmo, Charles Lee, 79, retired City of Wichita Sewer Dept. Labor Foreman, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2017. Visitation 6-8:00pm, Wednesday, Broadway Mortuary. Graveside Service 2:00pm, Thursday, White Chapel Cemetery. Preceded in death by wife, Sharon; son, Richard DeGarmo; daughter, Sharon DeGarmo; step-daughter, Debra Beacon and sister, Marie Rothgeb. Survivors include, Stepsons, Orville Howell and Billy Howell; sister, Doris Slusher; granddaughter, Rachel Nicole DeGarmo; niece and caretaker, April Ortiz..
