Charles Richard Loftis, 79, passed away January 5, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Flossie Loftis and siblings, Ernest Loftis, Allen Loftis, Tony Loftis, and Viola Perkins. Survivors include his siblings, Jerry Loftis, Michael Loftis, and Rosemary Martinez. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. Share condolences at www.cozine.com.
