Charles Osburn, 45, passed away Thursday, July 6, 2023. Family will be holding private services at a later date. Charles was preceded in death by his mother, Cheryl Osburn and survived by his wife, Rebecca Osburn; niece, Scarlett Wilcox; nephew, Xander Wilcox; stepmother, Shelly Wilcox; brother-in-law, Charles Wilcox, and many friends.
