Christina Hope Murphy, age 40, of Wichita, Kansas passed away peacefully on Tuesday February 3rd, 2026. She was born in Fort Scott, Kansas, February 5, 1985, to Sandy Murphy.
Christina had lived in various places in Kansas but resided in Wichita, Kansas. Christina was about as stubborn as they come, when she wanted something or had an opinion there was no changing that. She was very outspoken and not afraid to tell anyone what she thought, regardless of who you were. Through the tough exterior you would find a heart of gold. Christina cared deeply for those whom she loved. You could never act tough or clam up around her, she would find a way to make you open up and lay your burden on her, then she would set you straight and make you laugh. She enjoyed making people laugh, and she was quick as a whip with comebacks and she could read people so well, and knew exactly what to say to get that laugh. Christina was loved by all, but mostly by her children.
Christina is survived by her husband Spencer Warren, and two children Emma, and Spencer Jr. of the home. She is also survived by three other children, Audric (Moscow, KS), Jewelianna (NB), and Andre (Independence, MO), Mother Sandy Murphy (Cahokia, IL), Maternal grandmother Carol Paxton (Montrose, MO), one sister Amber Kuns (Tallahassee, FL), two brothers Randall Kuns (Bronson, KS), Robert Kuns and wife Joy (Bronson, KS). Also surviving are many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Christina was proceeded in death by her father Michael Pozun-Hart, grandparents Norma and David Kuns, and a cousin Henry Joe Yount.
