Christopher Demetrios Castrisos

SGT. Christopher Demetrios Castrisos, age 27, beloved son of Dr. James and Rhonda Castrisos, passed away on June 21, 2024.

Services in honor of Christopher will take place at 10:30 am, Tuesday, July 2 at St. George Orthodox Christian Cathedral. A graveside service with military honors will follow at 2:00 pm at the Kansas Veterans Cemetery in Winfield, Kansas. 

Christopher was predeceased by his grandfathers, Mack Castrisos and Robert Gammon; and his Godfather, Jay Samra.

He is survived by his wife, Samantha; his parents; brother, Nicholas Castrisos; sister, Macrina (Andrew) Bayless; niece, Emmelia Bayless; grandmothers, Judith Castrisos and Karen Gammon; uncles, Courtney Gammon and Kendall (Paige) Gammon; cousins, Blaise (Kaitlyn) Gammon and Drake Gammon; and his Godmother, Leslie Farha.

Christopher was devoted to serving his Country. He gave aid and helped many.
