Christopher Rust

Chris was born in Wichita on October 19, 1967, to Richard Rusty and Marilyn Rusty Travis. As a youth, he loved soccer, hiking, camping, and canoeing with his Boy Scout troop. He worked in the restaurant industry in Wichita and Great Bend, Kansas. He earned a CDL license and drove semis for several years. He lived in Great Bend for the past 25 years.

Chris's grandparents, John and Elaine Rust and K.W. and Joan Trimble; his brother, Andy; and his father, Richard, preceded him in death. He is remembered with love by his family: mother, Marilyn; uncle, John Trimble; sister-in-law, Brenda Rust-Ealey; step-sister, Jamie Travis (Brian); step-brother, Kael Travis (Melissa); nieces, Lily Rusty and Maeve Travis; and nephew, Lincoln Travis.
