Pound, Cindy Ann, 63, passed away July 16, 2015. A memorial service will be 10:30 am, Wednesday, July 22 at St. Bartholemew Episcopal Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Phyllis Billings. Survivors include her loving husband, Arnold Pound; son, Seth (Shannon) Pound; brothers, Jim (Karen) Billings, Dave (Kim) Billings, and Keith (Marie) Billings; and grandsons, Danny and Tyler.
