Didier, Colleen "Coke" retired City of Wichita employee passed away peacefully at home Feb. 22, 2018 after a year long battle with cancer. Memorial service will be 10:30am, Saturday, March 3, 2018, St. James Episcopal Church. She was preceded in death by her parents Irene and Emil Didier, brother Jack Didier and sister Alice Unruh. She is survived by her wife and partner of 32 years Jennifer King, nephew Richard (Deb) Didier, niece Cindy (Clyde) Lindsey, nephew David (Stephanie) Unruh and numerous great and great-great nieces, nephews and cousins. Colleen was a familiar face around Wichita and served on several boards at City Hall, Positive Directions and Heart Of America Men's Chorus. She was also a volunteer for several organizations and served as Volunteer Coordinator at St. James Episcopal Church as well as an employee and bartender at the R&R Brass Rail, Our Fantasy Complex and The Bar's Open. Colleen never knew a stranger and was blessed to have so many friends who loved her dearly. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. James Episcopal Church, 3750 E.
