Curtis Alfers

October 19, 1964 — April 22, 2020

Curtis L. Alfers, 55, Textron Aircraft Mechanic, went to be with the Lord, surrounded by his loving family, Wednesday, April 22, 2020. Private Graveside Services will be held. Preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Catherine Alfers; brother, Pat Alfers and sister Jacque Jacobs. Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Rhonda, son, Taylor and fiancée, Sara Gunning; daughters, Andie (Joe) Carroll and Miranda (Sean) Osler; grandson, Peter Carroll; brother, Mike Alfers; Brother-in-law, Jake Jacobs; sisters, Judy (Jon) Henry, Vickie (Rich) Ewoldsen and sister-in-law, Kathy Alfers.

Curt was an Air Force veteran, with a strong love for his wife and children, God and His Word, and his church. He was one of the very hardest working men and was always there for his family. He was shamelessly goofy and provided much laughter! He will be terribly missed, yet his salvation in Christ and presence with Him is celebrated. Curt trusted in His all-sufficient sacrifice and resurrection to the end. “Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him.” James‬ ‭1:12‬

"We love you Curt and Daddio! Can’t wait to be with you again."
