David Lynn Mayfield, 60, Chance Rides Welder, passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2015. Memorial Service 1:30pm, Monday, Emporial Ave. Church of Christ. Preceded in death by parents, Charles and Etta Mayfield and brother, Randy Mayfield. Survivors include his wife of over 29 years, Taza; sisters, Gayla (Robert) Rapp and Jill (Gary) Ohlman and all of his nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
