USAF TSgt Retired 1957-1976, United States Postal Service Retired 1977-2013. David was a dedicated husband, father & grandfather. Preceded in death by wife, Edith M. Payne & Parents. Survived by son, David L. Payne (Jenifer) & daughter, Brenda Halstead (Jeff) & grandchildren, Dustin Halstead (Rachel) & Grayson Payne.
