Mitchell, Debra Kay, 66, passed away, Sunday, May 5, 2019. Memorial Service will be 2 pm, Friday, May 17, at Broadway Mortuary. She was preceded in death by parents, Floyd and Peggy Shockley; and sister, Cynthia Shockley. Survivors include her beloved husband, Clarence Mitchell, Jr.; son, Richard Little (Stacy Tash); daughters, Tina Shockley and Peggy (Tracy) Marsh; brother, Floyd Ray Shockley; 6 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
