Eleanor E. Parker

Eleanor E. Parker, 86, passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by the comfort of the life she built and the love of her family. Born in Wichita, Kansas, Eleanor lived a life defined by kindness, devotion, and unconditional love. Above all else, she cherished her family. She found her greatest joy in spending time with those she loved, creating countless memories that will be treasured for generations. Eleanor also found peace in the outdoors. Whether sitting in the sunshine, enjoying the fresh air, or simply watching the beauty of nature from her green chair, she was happiest when she could feel the warmth of the sun on her face. She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, caring heart, and the unwavering love she shared with everyone around her. 

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Joseph and Alice and her brothers, Joe and Jim. She is survived by her brothers, Tom and Bill; her five children, Greg, Debbie, Diana, Michelle, and Kristy; her 17 grandchildren; and her 29 great-grandchildren, who will forever cherish her memory and continue the legacy of love she instilled in her family.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:00 am, Wednesday, August 5, at Broadway Mortuary, 1147 S. Broadway, with a time of visitation one hour prior. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Wichita. Share condolences at www.cozine.com. Services by Cozine Memorial Group-Broadway Mortuary.
