Emilie Sue Noriega, 65, passed away Tuesday, June 22, 2021. Visitation 6-8:00pm, Friday, Broadway Mortuary. Graveside service 11:00am, Saturday, June 26, 2021, Calvary Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Lucille Noriega; brothers, Carlos and James Noriega and her twin sister, Rosalie Jackson. Survivors include her son, Timothy (Rhoda) Palmer; life-partner, David Harrell; brother, Roger Noriega; sister, Rita (Michael) Prahm; and grandchildren, Ethan and Colin Palmer.
