Florine Corn

Florine J. Corn, passed away in Bonita Springs, Florida peacefully on October 17, 2021, after several years battling Alzheimer’s disease. Graveside services will be held Saturday, October 23, 10:00 AM, at the Seltzer Cemetery in Wichita, Kansas. Florine was the daughter of Clarence and Lola Fern Lamb (deceased), and was raised in Wichita, Kansas. Florine (Jane) Corn met her high school sweetheart, Richard, at East High School in Wichita. They were married March 10, 1951 in Biloxi, Mississippi. Richard joined the Air Force and was originally stationed in Biloxi, Mississippi. Jane was a bank teller at The Kansas State Bank prior to being married. After marriage, Jane was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her two children and embraced every moment with them. She is the loving and devoted mother who leaves behind son, Rodney Corn and wife, Janet, Anthem, AZ.; daughter, Deena Corn Jones, Port Charlotte, FL; granddaughter, Melissa Kinzer and husband, Adam; grandson, Ryan Corn and wife, Jourdan. Jane also has 2 great-granddaughters, Cadence Kinzer and Liesl Kinzer and two great-grandsons, Bryce Corn and Landyn Corn.
