Floyd U. Pennington, 78, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2023. No services. Floyd was preceded in death by his wife, Marsha Pennington; parents, Loyd and Capitola Pennington; brothers, Joe Pennington and Ben Pennington; and sister, Judy Bakker.
