Joe is preceded in death by his parents, John Baker and Twila Morrison; daughters, Lauren and Lindey. Survivors include his daughter, Jenna Hill (Shawn); brother, Jim Baker; sister, Laura Thomison; and granddaughter, Ainsley Hill.
