Fowler II, George Vernon, 64, passed away Sunday, April 16, 2017. Private family services will be held at a later date. He was preceded in death by his father, George V. Fowler I. Survivors include mother, Wanda West; wife, Flora Foster Fowler; sons, Jason (Holly) Fowler, Eddie (Paulina) Foster, Kenneth (Christina) Fowler and Joshua Duttarer; brothers, Mike (Sue) West, Dale West, James Fowler, Ed (Patricia) Fowler, and David West; sister, Cathy (Randy) Howdeshell; 13 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
