Gerald Heinrich passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, integrity, and quiet strength. He was a loyal friend and someone whose steady presence brought comfort to those around him. No services are scheduled at this time.
Gerald was exceptionally gifted in building and restoring hot rods, body work, and mechanical craftsmanship. His hands could turn raw metal and worn machines into works of art, and he took great pride in the precision and care he put into everything he built. Racing and motorcycles were more than hobbies—they were expressions of his creativity, independence, and passion for doing things his own way. He lived life fully and unapologetically.
Above all else, Gerald treasured time spent with his grandchildren, who brought him immense pride and joy. He was known for his kindness and the care he showed in both his work and personal life. He valued honesty, hard work, and family, and through thoughtful conversations, dependable support, and everyday moments, he made a lasting impact on all who knew him.
Gerald is survived by his daughters, Danielle Sherar and Ashley Ruiz; his brothers, Forest Heinrich and Steven Heinrich; his sister, Kathy Heinrich; and his beloved grandchildren.“Dying young and playing hard —That’s the way our father made his life an art.”Gerald will be deeply missed and forever remembered. May he find smooth roads, open skies, and endless freedom as he speeds on.
