Preceded in death by his mother, Perfecta Membreno, German is survived by his father, Manuel DeJusus Lemos-Rivas; five sons, Alex, Frank, Benjamin, Kevin and Brandon; brother, Joel Rivas Membreno and his wife, Maria Isabel Rivas Hernandez and his sister, Maria Teresa Membreno and her husband, Jesus Delgado.
