Constance "Gwen" Lewis, 63, passed away Thursday, October 14, 2021. Memorial Service will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, October 23, at Broadway Mortuary Chapel. She was preceded in death by her significant other, Larry Wood. Survivors include her mother, Lavern Profetta; daughter, Christi Anderson; daughter-in-law, Brianna Anderson; brother, Harry Lewis; sister-in-law, Merlyn Lewis; sister, Linda Moore; and numerous dear friends. Services by Cozine Memorial Group- Broadway Mortuary.
