94, loving mother and grandmother, died Sept. 15, 2015. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, at Resthaven Cemetery. Helen was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Warren Clarke; son, Harold Clarke; brothers, Melvin and James Mayo; and sisters, Mary Henslee and Arllena Mayo. Survivors include her son, Alva Clarke; brother, Don Mayo; grandchildren, Monica Clarke (Chad), Tina (Bill) Ash, Kristy Smith (Rodney) and Nikki (Chris) McCoy; 10 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
