Maness, James L., 73, passed away April 3, 2017. No Services will be held. He was preceded in death by parents, Roy and Ada Maness. Survivors include sons, Shannon (Megan) Maness and Rance Maness; brothers, Ronald (Bev), Rick (Kathleen), Kevin (Debbie) and John (Wilma) Maness; sisters, Ella Stanhope and Bertha (Jim) West; and 3 grandchildren.
