James “Jim” David Young, 78, retired pipe fitter and electrician with Vulcan Chemical Company and small business owner of “Fat Bob’s Hamburgers” in Mulvane, KS, passed away Saturday, December 4, 2021. Funeral service 2:00pm, Wednesday, Broadway Mortuary. Burial will follow at the Greenwood Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Bessie; sons, Jarrod (Stephanie) Young and Trux Young; brothers, Bill and Homer Young; sister, Betty (Leonard) DeWitt; grandchildren, Jace, Emily, Levi, Madison, Gage and great-grandchildren, Alanni and Alyssa.
