Jean Marie "Grandma" Johnson-Lies, 79, passed away Friday, November 3, 2023. Jean was born December 15, 1943 in Pontiac, MI. Jean Marie was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Eldon and Jean Agnes (Campbell) Johnson; husband, Leon J. Lies; son, Bobby Simon; brother, Thomas Michael Johnson; sisters-in-law, Debbie Johnson and Sally Johnson and great-grandson, Lincoln Miller. Jean is survived by sons, Thomas J. and wife, Jill Simon and Joe and wife, Kim Simon; daughter, Dawn M. Simon; brother, Paul D. Johnson; grandchildren, Brandyn and Charley Simon-Devlin; Kylee Simon and her son, Easton; Tyler and Elizabeth Simon and their children, Bentley and Wesley; Michael and Alicia Simon and their children, Scarlett and Hollis; Nick Simon and daughter, Elizabeth; Cody Ewing; Sydnee Simon and her children, Addi, Andy and Hank; Mistie Dulohery and daughter, Emma; Seth and Brook Simon and their children, Grace and Avery; Rhett and Keigan Miller and their son, Malakia. Jean loved spending time with her family and will be greatly missed.
