Jeffrey M. Elwell, 63, passed away Friday, April 2, 2021. Private Graveside Service. Jeffrey was preceded in death by his father, John Elwell; brother, Donald Elwell; and nephew, Justin Elwell-Cuddy. Survivors include his mother, Barbara Elwell; sister, Sharon Elwell-Cuddy (Tom); wife, Shirley Dodds; stepsons, Matt Culver (Amber), Vincent Dodds (Michelle), and Jason Pshigoda; nephew, Trevor Elwell-Cuddy; grandchildren, Brendon Culver, Caydon Culver, Devon Dodds, and Zack Dodds.
