Jeremy L. McKinsey

Jeremy Lee McKinsey was born on March 11, 1982, in Wichita Kansas to Karen Sue Clare. He was preceded in death by his Mother, Karen Sue Clare; Aunt, Rita Hamilton; Grandmother, Nancy Garner; Grandfather, Dale Earl Clare; Great Aunt Shirley (Clare) Green; Great Uncle Harry Clare, and a host of other beloved family members who were influential in nurturing him throughout his life. 

Jeremy was raised by his mother and attended Dodge City High School while  ultimately earning his GED. His favorite job was working as a Porter transporting cars in Wichita, KS. Jeremy loved his children and spending time with them. Like his mother, Jeremy was a fun loving free spirit. He had a knack for making those around him laugh, lifting their spirits in troubled times. There is nothing Jeremy wouldn’t have done for those he loved.

Apostle Paul said in scripture “to be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord.” In the late afternoon of Tuesday, April 9, 2024 Jeremy left his physical body and went home to be with the Lord.

Jeremy is survived by his children, Dominic McKinsey, Darius McKinsey, Nony Conroy, Shailana Conroy, and Jayna Conroy; and his siblings (in birth order), Julie Ann (Hunter) Sproul, Karie Lynn McKinsey, Phillip Dale McKinsey, and Johnathan Eugene McKinsey.
