Jackson, Jerome J., 64, Retired Supervisor, City of Bel Aire Street Maintenance Dept., passed away September 7, 2017. Memorial service 4:00pm, Friday, Linwood Park. Preceded in death by parents, Jake and Willie Jackson and son Josh Higbee. Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Rhonda; son, Nathaniel (LaShonda) Hinson-Jackson; daughter, Alicia Higbee-Jackson (Chris Schmidt); brother, Michael Jackson; sister, Dennise Jackson and a host of beloved grandchildren, nieces, nephews and inlaws.
