Mannering, Jo Lynne, 67, passed away Monday, February 6, 2017. Memorial services will be held at 4:30 pm, Thursday, Feb. 9, at Broadway Mortuary, 1147 S. Broadway. Jo is survived by the love of her life, Ted Roe, Jr.; daughter, Kate Slate; grandsons, Isaiah and Joseph Slate; brother, Craig Mannering; and sister, Kathryn Mannering.
