John Briggs

John Lewis Briggs, 86, passed away Friday, March 17, 2023. John was a long-time employee of Love Box Company. When not working, John enjoyed gardening, attending car shows, and wood working. Visitation for John will be Thursday, March 23, from 6-8pm, at Broadway Mortuary. Funeral service will be at 10:00am, Friday, March 24, also at Broadway Mortuary. Burial will follow the service at Maple Grove Cemetery. John was preceded in death by parents, Jake and Mary Briggs; and daughter, Tammy Holt. He is survived by his wife, Mary Briggs; sons, David Briggs, Daniel Davis, and William Davis; daughter, Vicky Briggs-Sheets; 19 grandchildren, and 33 great-grandchildren.
