Joy Lynn Sullivan, 71, retired Sedgwick County Election Office Employee and homemaker, passed away Friday, June 8, 2018. Visitation 5-7:00pm, Tuesday, Broadway Mortuary. Funeral Service 10:00am, Wednesday, Riverside Christian Church. Preceded in death by parents, Harold and Peggy Rhoades; brother, Michael Rhoades and sister, Marcia Walker. Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Dewayne; son, Nick Sullivan; daughter, Dawn Sullivan; granddaughter, Alicia and great-grandchildren, Aniya and Noah.
