Graveside Service 1:00pm Thursday, Riverview Cemetery, Arkansas City, KS. Preceded in death by husband, Robert H. Beltz; sons, Lerry and Gary Chapman; brothers, Ted and Robert Lefler and sisters, Lewata McDowell and Lazetta Taylor. Survivors include her sons, Kelly D. (Sherri) Beltz and Kasey D.
