Phillips, Karen Rae McIntire, 77, retired Nurse, passed away Thursday, February 22, 2018. Graveside Service will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 1, at Greenwood Cemetery Chapel. She was preceded in death by beloved husband, Charles Phillips; and parents, Glenn and Frieda McIntire. Survivors include son, Eric (Traci) Phillips; Wendy (Rob) Phillips Caudillo; brother, Jerry (Virginia) McIntire; sister, Judy (Ron) Klein; and grandchildren, Christopher, Alexandra and Ryan.
