Kathleen Ann Hiller

Kathleen (Kathy) Ann Hiller (Dieker) passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 2nd, 2025, with family by her side. She was born August 3rd, 1950, to Robert and Ann (Redeker) Dieker in Emporia, KS. Kathy was the second of six children to grow up on the farm southeast of Olpe, KS, where she learned a strong work ethic and values. 

She attended Kansas State Teachers College for two years before entering the business world. She worked for Great Plains Cooperation and Devlin Enterprises, jobs she loved and took great pride in. She retired in 2003. On April 16th, 2004, she married Horst K. Hiller, in Wichita, Kansas. They traveled together and shared many memories. Kathy enjoyed life and giving to others whenever possible. She had many dear friends whom she loved. Her mission was to ensure that others always came first. She will be truly missed by many.

Kathy is survived by her husband, Horst Hiller of Wichita; two sisters, Loretta Dieker of Emporia, and Jane (Dieker) Terzian of Woodlands, Texas; and her brother, Eric (Jennifer) Dieker of Olpe, KS, along with many loving nieces and nephews. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Ann Dieker (Redeker), and her two brothers, Bob Dieker and John Dieker.
