Kathy Palacios

Kathryn Marie Palacios, 65, passed away Sunday, August 23, 2026. She was born on October 31, 1960 in Wichita, Kansas to parents, Myrle Telford and Carol Smith. Kathy's preceded in death by her parents; son, Humberto Palacios; brother, Michael Telford; and granddaughter, Lylah. She is survived by children, Sara (Jose) Mosqueda, Luis D. Palacios Jr., Angelica (Marcelino Alvarez) Palacios, Jesus (Maria) Palacios, and Aryanna Palacios-Garcia; siblings, Susan (Louis) Starks, Michelle (Jeff) Raney, and David Telford; grandchildren, Isaac, Ivan, Roman, Isa, Abram, Gabriela, Eliana, Maia, Eriberto, Anamaria, Lizeth, Francisco, Anahi, Jesus Jr., Jenny, Kamila, Galilea, and Humberto; great-grandchildren, Emiliano, Emmanuel, Ximena, and Gianna; nieces and nephews, Farrell (Rachel) Marsh, Ashlee Starks, Aaron Starks, and many additional nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Visitation will be from 6-8pm, Thursday, September 3, at Broadway Mortuary. Rosary will be at 10:00am, Friday, September 4, at All Saints Catholic Church. Funeral mass will follow the rosary. Burial at Kechi Cemetery will immediately follow the funeral mass.
