Keith Boyd

Keith Boyd, born on December 11, 1967, passed away on July 1, 2026. Throughout his 58 years, Keith’s life was marked by devotion to his family, a passion for music, and an enduring spirit that touched all who knew him.

Keith is survived by his sons, Evan Boyd and Kendall Boyd, who carry forward his legacy with pride and affection. He is also survived by his mother, Alice Boyd, whose guidance and support were constants in his life. Among his beloved family are his sisters, Wendy Campbell and Catherine Cowley, and Elaine Beachy. Wendy’s husband, Gary Campbell, and Elaine’s husband, Gordon Beachy, also remain to honor Keith’s memory. In addition, Keith leaves behind cousins, nieces, and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father, William Boyd; son, Tyler Boyd; and his nephew, Ian Escalante.

Music was a central theme in Keith’s life. He played the drum set with enthusiasm and was known for his deep appreciation of many genres and bands, including The Warning, U2, The Police, and Evanescence. This passion was a defining part of his identity, providing both solace and joy. Friends and family remember the energy, focus, and joy that Keith exuded behind the drums and when he immersed himself in new sounds.
