Funeral Mass at 10:00 am, Thursday, Sept 7th, both at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 645 N. 119th St. W. Kristie is survived by her husband, Conrad; daughters, Hollie Herman, Macy Herman and Sophie Herman; stepsons, Sam Agustin and Pete Agustin; mother, Jan Kirby; father, Bill (Brenda) Lantz; sister, Amy (Matt) Miller; stepsister, Briana Duke and stepbrothers, Cory (Nina) Duke and Michael Kirby.
