Lucille E. Phillips, 91, passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2018. Lucille was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Phillips, parents, two brothers and a sister. Survivors include her sons, Martin W. Phillips, Clinton David Phillips (Judy); grandkids, Travis L. Downing (Jennifer) and Bekah R. Phillips; great-grandkids, Jeannette, Joey, and Adryanna; nieces, Cathy Christman and Joann Fightmaster; and nephew, David Schmidt. Memorial Service, 11 am, Thursday, May 31, at Lorraine Avenue Mennonite Church, 655 S. Lorraine. Memorials to: Harry Hynes Hospice and Botanica: The Wichita Gardens.
