Rodeada de su familia, María Balderas falleció el 14 de diciembre de 2023, a la edad de 72 años. Le encantaba cocinar y coser, pero lo más importante para ella era alabar a Dios.
Se une con sus papás: Fermin Cruz y Hilaria Hernandez, y sus hermanos: Maria Isabel Cruz y Juan Cruz. También con su esposo, Leonilo Balderas.
Le sobreviven sus tres hijos: Jesbel, Eloyn y Fabiola, y sus nietos: Michelle, Amy, Nancy, Abraham, Ramsés y Chelsea. También deja atrás a sus hermanas, sobrinos, y muchos otros familiares y queridos amigos.
